Terms & Editorial Policy
The Social Press is an independent news-style video aggregator. It uses automated relevance filters to locate public YouTube coverage of a current court matter and presents that coverage for informational and editorial purposes.
Presumption of innocence
Criminal allegations are accusations, not proof of guilt. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Third-party coverage and attribution
Video titles, thumbnails, channel names, publication dates, and embedded players come from YouTube and the channels that published them. The Social Press does not create, control, verify, or adopt every statement made in a featured video. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement, approval, or a claim that the video is accurate. Visitors should verify material developments through official court records and established reporting.
The Social Press is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Lil Durk, his representatives, YouTube, Google, any court, any government agency, or any featured channel. Names and case references are used solely to identify the subject of news coverage.
Editorial selection
The feed is limited to videos whose titles expressly identify the subject and contain court- or case-related language. Music releases and weakly related results are excluded. Active livestreams are displayed before recorded coverage, and visitors may shuffle the remaining results. These selection and ordering choices are made by The Social Press, not by YouTube.
Restricted and sensitive court material
The Social Press does not knowingly select or republish content containing:
- sealed, expunged, or otherwise lawfully restricted court records;
- unauthorized recordings from courtrooms or restricted court facilities;
- private juror information or material intended to harass or influence jurors;
- confidential victim, witness, minor, medical, financial, or identifying information; or
- content that violates a binding court order or applicable law.
Because videos are supplied by independent third parties, prohibited or sensitive material may occasionally appear before it can be identified. The Social Press may remove or block a video or channel when notified or when a reasonable concern is identified.
Copyright and embedded videos
Videos are displayed using YouTube's official embedded player and remain hosted by YouTube. The Social Press does not claim ownership of third-party videos, thumbnails, or channel materials and does not authorize copying or redistribution beyond what the applicable owner and platform permit.
Corrections and removal requests
The Social Press intends to review good-faith requests involving material factual errors, privacy concerns, restricted court information, copyright, or videos that no longer meet the editorial filter. For corrections, removal requests, legal notices, or any other inquiry, email novawebservices2026@outlook.com.
Advertising and future monetization
The Social Press may add advertising, sponsorships, affiliate links, or other monetization in the future. Paid or materially sponsored content will be clearly identified. Unless expressly labeled otherwise, the presence, placement, or ordering of a video is not a paid endorsement, and featured channels do not control the site's editorial decisions.
Use of YouTube features
By using the site's YouTube features, visitors agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube and Google handle embedded-player information under the Google Privacy Policy.
No legal advice
The site provides aggregated news and commentary for general informational purposes. It does not provide legal advice, court filings, or an official record of any proceeding.
